Condo Kitchen

The former kitchen in this otherwise fantastic condo was not working for its owners who loved to cook. Unable to expand the footprint due to condo regulations, creative solutions were employed. All appliances and plumbing fixtures were located in the footprint of the former kitchen to satisfy the building requirements. Cabinetry extended into an adjacent hallway and a large pantry was located across that hallway increasing storage space and effectively doubling the size of the kitchen.
